You receive 100% of the transferred value directly to your wallet.

Under the Digital Technology Industry Law (71/2025/QH15) entering force in 2026, Toreador operates purely as a software service provider. We hold no funds, no private keys, and perform no crypto-fiat conversions. Operating strictly as an informational layer shaping public blockchain data, Toreador is not classified as a VASP and is exempt from massive capital requirements (10,000 billion VND), ensuring an accessible and resilient service.

While Vietnamese law formally recognizes crypto-assets as property, they are not legal tender. For corporate tax purposes, receiving or sending crypto does not provide a valid non-cash payment proof for deducting business expenses over 5 million VND. Toreador is conceived as a technical productivity tool for P2P transfers, direct asset management, or for payments in jurisdictions where it is natively allowed.

Although our pure technical status exempts us from the strict obligations applied to VASPs (like the FATF Travel Rule for sums >$1,000), Toreador embeds compliance by design. Our plans limit suspicious transaction volumes, integrate basic identity checks (via email) for higher thresholds, and we develop on-chain risk monitoring.
